  • University Degree in Finance orlegal areas.
  • Professional Experience, at leasttwo years in commercial/business administration, legal and contractnegotiation, understand the impact of contract conditions on the financialstatements.
  • English at professional working proficiencylevel.
  • Communication skills, motivated,proactive and details oriented.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial, financial, andcontractual advice for offers.
  • Review price calculations, terms andconditions, cash flow, risk assessment, etc. for every offer/project.
  • Ensure that contracts are in line withthe company's strategies and guidelines.
  • Guide commercial handover from bidto project execution.
  • Responsibility to comply and / orenforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the currentintegral management system (EHS, Quality).
