Brindar atención personalizada y cordial a los clientes, asegurando un servicio de excelencia.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura trunca o terminada
  • Inglés intermedio (indispensable)
  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses
  • Conocimiento del sistema Opera (indispensable)

Funciones:

  • Elaboración de reservaciones en el sistema.
  • Dar check in a los huéspedes, check out a los huéspedes.
  • Coordinar y revisar los diferentes cargos en las cuentas de los huéspedes durante su estancia.
  • Entrega de turno con bitácora y arqueo de caja actualizado.
  • Encargado de fondo fijo de recepción durante el turno.
  • Administración de fondo fijo de recepción.
  • Manejo de conmutador.
  • Brindar información sobre los alrededores o diversas actividades que los huéspedes puedan solicitar.
  • Enlace con diversos departamentos para lograr que la estancia de los huéspedes sea lo más placentera posible.
  • Coordinación de room service nocturno.
  • Revisión de pagos dentro del sistema.
  • Cierre de terminales bancarias.
  • Revisión de status de habitaciones y cargos de renta diarios.
  • Cierre de día en sistema Opera.
  • Elaboración de reporte de ingresos diarios.
