Internal Quality Engineer SMT based in
Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. (E-Systems Division).
As an Internal Quality Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity for communicate quality objectives to production staff and drive quality improvement activities, leading a 0 PPM mindset and follow up on corrective actions to achieve it.
Your Task will be:
- Management of Quality auditors.
- Quality performance of production lines.
- Followup of nonconforming material.
- Support for audits.
- Maintains the current controls of the production process and the development of the poka yokes of the process.
- Monitoring that the line operates in accordance with the requirements and giving corrective actions.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Education: Bachelor ́s Degree in Industrial, Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.
- 3 years of experience at SMT or assembly in the electronic automotive industry.
- Terminal insertion knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of SMT, Backend and mechanical assemblies.
- Microsoft Office intermediate.
- Knowledge of Control plan & PFMEA.
- Advanced English.
