Job Title: User Experience Research Manager

Job Summary: Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking an experienced User Experience Research Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing and client experience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and design direction of our marketing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct primary and secondary user research to gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors.
  • Develop and implement user research strategies and methodologies to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics, and to develop recommendations for product improvements.
  • Present research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team, and contribute to the development of the UX research function.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong background in user research methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality research results that inform product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
