What We Do:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the global T&D COE to craft comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with AZ's development goals. Identify target audiences and define key messages to effectively promote our global T&D initiatives.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Create and execute engaging communications plans and integrated marketing campaigns that captivate employees and showcase our talent and development global offerings. You'll be the maestro behind campaign timelines, budgets, and captivating marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media: Harness the power of digital marketing channels and social media platforms to amplify our brand visibility and connect with targeted talent communities. Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and use analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
- Content Creation: Be the creative force behind compelling content that enhances T&D's digital presence across various channels. Utilize digital tools for optimal delivery, including video production, Degreed pathways, and online communications.
- Analytics and Reporting: Keep a close watch on campaign performance metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement levels, and ROI. Analyze and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, using these insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across different departments and regions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted messaging aligned with organizational goals.
- Market Research: Dive into marketing research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent development, marketing, and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or business (or a related field).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, campaign management, and employer branding (preferably talent development).
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and talent development practices.
- Proficiency in marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Talent Management and Learning systems is a plus.
