Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bunzl de Mexico. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, communicating with customers and sales representatives, and resolving product or service issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, entering them into our system and following up with each department to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and sales representatives to answer product and service questions, provide updates on order status, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Problem Solving: Address product or service problems with customers, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team effort, working collaboratively to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Language Skills: English fluency and written
  • Experience: 3 years' minimum experience

  • Leadership and Proactivity: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
