En este rol, serás responsable de gestionar y renovar las relaciones con nuestros clientes en el ámbito de IAM, garantizando la continuidad de los servicios y maximizando la satisfacción del cliente.
Responsabilidades:- Mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes asignados, sirviendo como su principal punto de contacto para todas las renovaciones relacionadas con Identity Access Management.
- Comprender las necesidades y desafíos específicos de cada cliente en relación con IAM, ofreciendo soluciones efectivas y adaptadas a sus requisitos.
- Coordinar con los equipos internos de ventas y soporte técnico para garantizar una entrega oportuna y precisa de los servicios de IAM durante el proceso de renovación.
- Negociar términos y condiciones de renovación con los clientes, maximizando el valor para ambas partes y asegurando la retención de la cartera de clientes.
- Gestionar y mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de renovación, incluidos los plazos, términos contractuales y comunicaciones con los clientes.
- Identificar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling durante el proceso de renovación, colaborando con el equipo de ventas para maximizar los ingresos y la rentabilidad.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Informática, Administración, Relaciones Comerciales o Afín
- +3 años de experiencia en ventas de soluciones de seguridad de TI, preferiblemente en el área de Gestión de Identidad y Acceso.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, con la capacidad de establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes y de influir en las decisiones de renovación.
- Orientado a resultados, con habilidades demostradas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de renovación y retención de clientes.
