YOUR ROLE
  • Identify potential and self initiatively improve the existing processes by contributing ideas being a team player
  • Consultant for managers in matters of the recruitment process and to clarify non-standard inquiries
  • Ensure adherence of SLAs with the services delivered in terms of timing and quality
  • Fully responsible for the end to end recruitment process
  • Organize work schedule planning and ensure service continuity according to SLAs with the HRBP and Hiring Manager
  • Work side by side with the team to accomplish the monthly goal in terms of vacancies and ER activities

YOUR SKILLS
  • Fluent English
  • Experience working in recruitment areas, at least 3 years
  • Experience managing end to end processes, among different areas
  • Bachelor's degree, needed
