Summary

The Opportunity


Hyatt seeks a dynamic Associate Field Marketing Manager (LAC Region) to join a team that loves being the connection between corporate marketing strategy and hotel execution and is eager to develop its skill set by providing additional marketing support to members of the Field Marketing team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams - such as Sales, Operations, Digital, and Brand - on a shared goal: to drive hotel revenue.

Who You Are

The Role

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing digital marketing programs for Field Marketing program hotels. Daily management of hotel websites, thirdparty businesses, and paid media listings (transient).
  • Plan and execute web content, SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and Meta strategy for a portfolio of hotels.
  • Assist hotels in the development of annual marketing plans and budgets to provide recommendations for spend based on market analysis, current performance metrics, and best practices.
  • Attend property/regionallevel sales and revenue management calls as deemed necessary to inform digital plans and execution. Understand business needs and competition for properties and cluster regions, developing local marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to meet owner objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to hotels to optimize online hotel presence, with a particular focus on growing book direct revenue and channel mix. Serve as a strategist and liaison for properties for digital agency programs and in other consultative matters.
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing Managers to support tactical execution of marketing strategies for Field Marketing program hotels. Supporting website content management, thirdparty listings, online optimizations, and reporting delivery.
