Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and focused Field Marketing Associate to join our growing team and support our marketing efforts in the LATAM region. This role is integral to our mission of driving growth and enhancing our market presence through strategic event coordination, multi-channel marketing, and lead generation.

As a Field Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with teams across the company to support the execution of impactful marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include daily tasks such as assisting in the planning and execution of marketing activities, supporting marketing team, executing daily administrative activities, following up on reports and activities, creating purchase orders, following up with vendors, supporting overall field marketing activities.


What You Get to Do Every Day:

Event Coordination and Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of in-person and online events, including webinars and third-party events, to drive regional growth. Help ensure seamless execution and impactful attendee experiences.

Multi-Channel Marketing Initiatives:

Support marketing initiatives across various channels and stages of the funnel. Assist with both digital and in-person strategies to engage and convert customers.

Administrative Support:

Help with daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling, report generation, and activity follow-up. Assist with the creation and management of purchase orders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with various marketing departments to ensure field marketing activities align with overall business objectives. Foster collaboration and communication across teams.

Content Localization and Adaptation:

Assist in reviewing and adapting global content for localization, ensuring effectiveness across all marketing channels in the region.


What you bring to the role:

Proven Track Record:

- Ability to support marketing programs, including event coordination, multi-channel marketing, and overall marketing activities support.

Experience:

- Prior internship or up to 1- 2 years of experience in a marketing role, within a fast-paced environment.

Operational Support:

- Experience supporting operations teams and assisting in managing programs that impact various groups of employees, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Ability to work across diverse teams and geographies, helping to synthesize what may appear to be competing priorities to achieve common goals.

Organizational Skills:

- Ability to assist in distilling complex, multi-faceted topics into an organized, structured approach, mobilizing the right people to execute effectively.
