Responsibilities:

The opportunity

The scope will consist of:

  • Translate the brand teams and shopper marketing teams brief to the creative / design team.
  • Lead an inhouse creative / design team to deliver multiple creative versioning of assets for Frito-Lay North America Team.
  • Build trust and confidence with the brand and shopper marketing teams to drive efficiencies by bringing new projects to the content inhouse team.
  • You have previous experience on agencies but also on a brand management position you need to know about how our business works so you can communicate clearly the objectives to your team.
  • Create strategy for visual content customized by social platform following brilliant basics and ensure content meets brand objectives at the right channel and right target.
  • Manage senior stake holders effectively.
  • Look how to expand our creative service catalogue to bring A&M Productivity.
  • People management skills great leaders build great teams
  • Demonstrates conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • Works with team to anticipate and address project concerns
  • Works enthusiastically and cooperatively within creative team and with other departments throughout the organization

Qualifications:

  • Heavy user of Social Media platforms
  • Demonstrated understanding of relationships between agencies, brands, platforms, and media agencies.
  • Experience working with designers and agencies.
  • Solid project management, process, and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail.
  • Previous experience managing direct reports.
  • Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY)
  • Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of brands and projects with detailoriented lens.
  • Strong consumer empathy & customercentricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative / design teams and managing agency product.
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
  • Leadership: Orchestrator, Influencer, nonhierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
