Como Gerente de UAP, serás responsable de administrar los recursos, económicos, materiales y humanos de la unidad autónoma de producción, para asegurar la producción, cuidando siempre cumplir con indicadores de calidad, costos y entregas para satisfacer a sus clientes internos y externos, respetando las metodologías y herramientas del Sistema de Excelencia Faurecia, y los requerimientos específicos del cliente.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
Seguimiento efectivo identificando las necesidades de formación. Seguimiento de costos, productividad, costos de mantenimiento y generales. Dirigir y controlar el trabajo de los SV de las diferentes zonas del proceso así como a cada equipo. Mantener el rigor en el seguimiento del Sistema FES. Animar y apoyar grupos de mejora establecidos en el área (TPM, Hoshin, QRCI línea, planta y UAP). Asegurar el buen funcionamiento de la estructura del OHP. Realizar las asignaciones directas que solicite el jefe inmediato.Requerimientos clave:
Inglés avanzado Escolaridad: 5 años de experiencia en la Industria automotriz. Manejo de personal. Conocimiento en administración de operaciones y mejora continua JIT, Kanban, Kaizen. Puestos con mando grupo de más de 50 personas.Competencias de liderazgo
