Provides tactical support in several areas of human resources, such as recruiting, compliance, communications, job evaluation, training, development, compensation, benefits and employee relations as well as other projects/activities as assigned.
Provides tactical support within approved budgets, headcount and timeline, to the assigned business/function. Supports multiple and complex corporate culture initiatives for the assigned business/function. Ensures communication, timelines, and metrics are met for assigned business/function. Maintains assigned metric goals, within budgets and timelines.- Key Responsibilities
