Requisitos

 Carrera Profesional de LAE, LPO, II o afín

 Preferentemente con Maestría.

Experiencia en MANUFACTURA

 Inglés Avanzado

 Más de 8 años de experiencia en las áreas de Recursos Humanos, preferentemente en plantas de manufactura.

Experienciaen empresas con plantillas de mínimo 500 colaboradores.

 Manejo de indicadores del área.

 Relaciones y negociaciones con sindicatos.

 Con experiencia en procesos de productividad.

  • Experiencia preferente en el sector de manufactureo similar.
  • Diseño Organizacional, Desarrollo de Talento, Administración de Desempeño. Planes de Sucesión, Reemplazo y Carrera.
  • Creación de planes de compensaciones y beneficios.
  • Alto enfoque en el factor humano, código de ética y prácticas de gobierno corporativo.
  • Experiencia trabajando junto con sindicatos y negociación de contratos colectivos.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos.
  • Capacidad de colaborar con líderes senior de la empresa, como otros puestos directivos y miembros de consejo de administración.

Ofrecemos:

Sueldo base Mensual: $65,000 a$80,000.00Brutos con Base a Experiencia.
