Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR business partnering with stakeholders, providing expert HR advisory on talent attraction, retention, and employer branding, while also serving as a hands-on HR generalist.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, provide expert advisory on talent attraction, retention, and employer branding initiatives, drive the implementation of HR programs to support organizational growth and development.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers on performance management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives, handle employee relations matters by investigating and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment cycle to attract the top talent across multiple functions and levels, implement effective talent management processes to support career development and succession planning.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, build and grow the HR team as needed to support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
  • Office Management: Manage and oversee office facilities to ensure that the office is well-maintained, oversee and assist the various administrative tasks as required, serve as the primary point of contact for corporate headquarters on all office-related matters, manage and control the office expenditure within the allocated budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and practices in Vietnam.
