-GENERAL SUMMARY

Carry out the registrations of suppliers and imports of the orders generated by indirect purchases.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Technical Career or Bachelor Degree
  • 14 years of experience in related field or similar

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visits to suppliers
  • Monitoring of all activities for importation and suppliers
  • Ask for information
  • Documentation for imports
  • Team support in activities
  • Interaction and communication with different departments
  • Any other task or responsibility assigned by the supervisor
  • Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 201
  • Comply with safety rules according to the function.
  • Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training.
  • Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
