RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:


Realiza órdenes de compra con proveedores en México y Estados Unidos, así mismo las cotizaciones para establecer las órdenes de compra, manteniendo los archivos de estas órdenes de compra por proveedor y por año, Procesa y captura estas órdenes de compra en el sistema de compras en SAP, Cuando es necesario solicita las altas a Columbus de nuevos proveedores en SAP conforme al procedimiento establecido, colabora con el departamento de cuentas por pagar en aclaraciones de pagos a proveedores.


  • FUNCIONES ESENCIALES (FAVOR DE SER ESPECÍFICO)
Compra de materiales de mantenimiento, oficina, medicamento, seguridad, etc. 50%
Digitaliza órdenes de compra por proveedor y fecha, incluye requisición, cotización y orden de compra. 10%
Cotizar y seleccionar proveedores de acuerdo a la mejor cotización 30%

FUNCIONES ADICIONALES:
Apoya a cuentas por pagar en aclaración de pagos a proveedores 5%
Apoya a organizar reporte de entregas a tiempo de proveedores p/ISO TS 5%

  • EDUCACION,

EXPERIENCIA Y ENTRENAMIENTO REQUERIDO:
Número de años de estudio y específicamente el tipo de entrenamiento y experiência.

Educación:
Preparatoria y/o equivalente

Experiência: 6 a 12 meses en posición similar (Preferentemente)

Entrenamiento Básico:

Inducción (beneficios, Políticas de la Empresa, Reglamento Interior de Trabajo), Procedimientos aplicables a su proceso, Documentos aplicables a su proceso, SAP, Conocimientos básicos de computación, Correo electrónico.

Habilidad para comunicarse en Ingles verbal y escrito 90%

CONOCIMIENTO, DESTREZA Y HABILIDADES:


Relaciones Interpersonales, Capacidad de rápido aprendizaje, poder comunicarse efectivamente en el idioma inglés, Análisis de información de datos, Comunicarse efectivamente a todos los níveles de la organización, paquetes computacionales como Word y Excel, manejo de conflictos, interactuar efectivamente con otros departamentos, trabajo en equipo y entrevistar y evaluar información de forma objetiva de proveedores y requisitores.


  • NIVEL DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y AUTORIDAD PARA TOMA DE DECISIONES: si aplica, especificar número de empleados a su cargo, responsabilidades de presupuesto y supervisión, volumen de ventas, etc.

Trabaja en asignaciones de mediana complejidad, requiriendo de un buen juicio para resolver problemas relacionados con estas asignaciones, Para decisiones mayores se dirige a su Supervisor.
