Quantum is seeking a skilled Global Sales Enablement Specialist to enhance our sales enablement initiatives, supporting our expanding global sales team. This pivotal role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and product leadership to ensure our regional and overlay sales teams are equipped for success. The Specialist will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

The position is based in our Zapopan office, offering a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days in the office per week.

Job Summary

  • Overseeing Quantum's sales enablement programs, including new hire training, ongoing enablement efforts, and key events like Sales Kickoff.
  • Defining sales enablement strategies for various audiences within Quantum.
  • Designing and delivering sales enablement content in collaboration with multiple departments.
  • Organizing and updating sales collateral repositories with relevant content.
  • Administering Quantum's Learning Management System (LMS) and monitoring training courses.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement and training.
  • Proficiency in conducting live presentations and webinars.
  • Strong project management skills for effective cross-functional execution.
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) software administration.
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.
  • Role demands creativity and collaboration with various departments.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant work experience.
  • Less than 20% travel expected.
