FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:


• Desarrollar nuevos negocios.


• Prospectar clientes a través de un proceso de venta consultiva.


• Negociar con los clientes para llegar a un cierre de venta.


• Administrar cartera de clientes para el mantenimiento y crecimiento de cuentas.


• Monitorear y cubrir las necesidades de los clientes durante todo el proceso comercial.


• Manejar la agenda y el desarrollo de relaciones con clientes y prospectos con el fin de

construir y mantener una relación comercial de confianza.


• Alcanzar los objetivos y las metas comerciales establecidas en los KPIs.


• Elaborar reportes e informes de sus actividades dentro y fuera del CRM para dar

seguimiento adecuado de los prospectos y clientes que se encuentran en su cartera.


• Investigar y/o mantenerse informado de las dinámicas de la industria de la industria

logística.



Requisitos:

REQUISITOS


• Contar con licenciatura en Administración, Comercio Internacional, Negocios y/o relaciones

internacionales o afín.


• Dominio de inglés intermedio – avanzado (indispensable).


• Estar enfocado al cumplimiento y desempeño por objetivos.


• Tener la capacidad de: generar estrategias comerciales, mostrar comunicación asertiva,

contar con un espíritu colaborativo y desarrollar una planeación e investigación de

mercados.


• Contar con cartera de clientes activa.

EXPERIENCIA


• Contar con un mínimo de 4 años en el puesto como Ejecutivo Comercial SENIOR.


• Experiencia indispensable en la venta de los principales servicios de Forwarder: marítimo,

aéreo y terrestre.


• Atención al cliente.


• Resolución de problemas

CONOCIMIENTOS:


• En el área comercial en venta consultiva de servicios.


• En Comercio Exterior e Incoterms
