Objetivo del puesto:

  • Supervisa y coordina las actividades del personal que esta involucrado en las tareas de Contabilidad US/MX, Cuentas por pagar, Cuentas por cobrar, Costos, Inventario entre otras actividades. Analiza y resuelve problemas de trabajo o asiste a los miembros de su equipo en resolver problemas del mismo. Dá soporte financiero a Producción y demás Departamentos de la empresa.
Funciones Principales.

Revisión y Supervisión del personal de Cuentas por pagar y Cuentas por cobrar.
Mantenimiento de registros contables, facturas, cuentas por pagar a proveedores, recibos de compra entre otros.
Revisión y comparación de facturas de materia prima contra recibos, packing list y otros documentos para identificar cualquier discrepancia
Revisión diaria de los registros de depositos de clientes en base a ordenes (Shopify, Affirm, Paypal y Amazon)
Registro de reembolsos - credit memos parciales o totales de clientes (Shopify, Affirm, Paypal y Amazon)
Generación de KPI's y toda clase de informes periódicos para ser utilizados por Gerencia y/o Supervisores.
Mantenimiento diario de registros en sistema MRP - Odoo
Ayuda a capacitar al personal de la fábrica en tareas administrativas y de mantenimiento de registros
Control de Inventarios - Revisión auditoria de conteos ciclicos
Revisión de discrepancias de inventario con las areas correspondientes /causa raíz con la finalidad de efectuar ajustes de inventarios precisos
Coordinación y Organización del Inventario Físico según sea necesario para la Empresa
Dar soporte en auditorias internas y externas de la compañía

Principales Conocimientos:

  • Capacidad para desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño
Desarrollo de proyectos de mejora continua
Experiência en Contabilidad, Registros contables, USGAAP & MXGAAP
Experiência en ambiente Manufactura - Inventarios - Flujo y movimientos de Material para su adecuado registro
Habilidad para resolución de problemas.
Monitoreo de KPI's (Productividad, Scrap, Ajustes discrepancias de Inventario entre otros)
Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y entrenamientos cruzados
Uso de computadora, manejo ERP/MRP, paqueteria office y google apps.
Habilidades de organización, análisis al detalle, comunicación verbal y escrita.
Visión para identificar problemas y establecer un plan de acción para su corrección
