The Support organization in Mexico is looking for skilled engineers that are interested in working with Flow 2 (F2) global customer support for the Communication Services AXE product area.
Our Opening:
- Main responsibilities:
- CSR Handling
- Emergency handling
- On call coverage
- MW executions
- This role is focus on Flow 2/3 (F2) that is the first level operation (Customer Facing), attending North and Central and south America nut also worldwide, international interactions with upper levels of support
- Handle and drive CSR (Customer Service Requests)/TTX resolution from global customers.
- Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting in customer network
- Participate in emergency support handling roster
- Be in charge of CSR investigations and corrective action execution (Mw Execution remotely in live customer networks)
- Customer support operation connected with Project teams to receive new implemented nodes, review documentation included in HO process to receive the node.
- Dialog frequently with our interfaces in the Market Area, PDU, and Global Support
- Collaborate, work, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson.
Required competences:
- APG knowledge (APG40, APG43 & APG43L).
- APZ knowledge.
- Basic Knowledge of Linux.
- Basic knowledge of IP routing & switching.
- Wireshark knowledge, traces analysis.
- Proficient in writing, listening, and speaking English.
- Bachelor's degree
It would be a plus if you have:
- Basic Knowledge of Cloud and virtualization.
- Knowledge in
Openstack & Components: - Network Level Competence (Focus on Core nodes AXE->MSC/HLR/BSC)
- Experience in Service Delivery. For example, in Integration or O&M.
- Call path & Network knowledge (Basic)
