Responsibilities:

Ensures integrity & quality in the end-to-end payroll process.

Ensures compliance, integrity & quality in the Payroll CFDI reporting through HRMS payroll system and PAC.

Follows up to employee inquiries in Service Now system.

Follow up to KPI ́s.

Promotes continuous improvement.

Performance management, six team members.

Collaborates with global, regional and local teams.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in end-to-end Payroll processes and its tax compliance.

Operational experience in a shared services environment.

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Proficient), Word, Outlook, Power Point, Banking Platforms. Knowledge of Oracle HRMS Payroll and Workday is a plus.

Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish.

Critical thinking, detail oriented and analytical skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Excellent prioritization skills and time management

Able to identify areas of improvement in established and new processes.

Ability to research and solve complex day-to-day situations.

Good communication skills to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders.

Flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required.

Education:
