-GENERAL SUMMARYThe Employee Relations Business Partner will focus on site support and activities that improve local and network employee relations and must guarantee our organization conduct of employees is fair and consistent with our framework of our core business values and Objective.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the resolution of employee relation issues.
- Relevant industry experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee and union relations, performance management, and employment laws.
- Knowledge in organizational development and training a plus
- Strong consulting skills in labor relations
- Strong client management and business literacy skills.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze labor relations internal trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to help develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- High involvement in the operation with production employees, group leaders and supervisors
- Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular governance with respective business partners (supervisors or group leader).
- Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Works closely with supervision and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Followup to ensure training objectives are met.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 201
- Comply with safety rules according to the function.
- Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
