Requisitos para tener éxito en este rol:

  • Formación en Escuela de Negocios/Universidad combinada con experiencia laboral internacional.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español.
  • 10+ años de experiencia en la industria bancaria.
  • Experto en gestión de efectivo y productos de financiamiento comercial para instituciones financieras.
  • Conocimiento profundo del espacio de pagos transfronterizos e iniciativas nuevas en la industria.
  • Habilidades de resolución de problemas, comunicación, y comerciales comprobadas.
  • Creativo y con mentalidad proactiva.
  • Capacidad para construir redes internas y externas, trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios.

Descripción del puesto:

El Departamento de Banca Corporativa e de Inversiones es una parte fundamental del Grupo BBVA México, donde trabajamos como un solo equipo para servir al segmento corporativo más grande en México. Nuestra responsabilidad principal radica en desarrollar la relación del banco con nuestros clientes, asesorándolos en sus necesidades financieras y estrategias de crecimiento.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar y hacer crecer un portafolio de bancos en la región a través de productos de banca transaccional.
  • Identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, así como retener relaciones comerciales existentes.
  • Establecer metas y estrategias con bancos existentes para aumentar los flujos comerciales.
  • Participar en viajes y eventos de negocios.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para aumentar oportunidades de venta cruzada.
