Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and address high impact strategic issues within portfolio of businesses and assets.

Work in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership to identify opportunities and issues of strategic importance, develop transformational strategies to achieve the business mandate, drive change by partnering with business leadership with clear accountability, and provide clarity in complex problems and facilitate decision-making.


Lead projects across their lifecycle:
identifying and structuring the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions, communicating project results, and getting buy-in for change. Identify opportunities for growth or optimization of businesses, including operational management, capital allocation, profitability enhancement, etc.

Perform deep dives on specific businesses to re-asses strategies and opportunities Work with businesses in the execution of improvement strategies, coordinating and taking active part in the implementation process.

Manage all aspects of client service, including planning, prioritizing and organizing projects. Develop relationships with executives in business units, support functions and senior leadership. Carry out business valuations to assess potential acquisition targets to support Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) decisions. Develop intensive financial modeling of new initiatives for business turn-around, working closely with Finance and M&A teams. Conduct in-depth research to support business strategies and identify trends across key business drivers. Develop presentations for senior management and Citigroup Board of Directors, synthesizing key findings of team analyses and recommendations. Raise and present key findings to team leaders. Develop key consulting and analytical skills working for a team of alumni of top bracket consulting and banking firms. Exposure to Citi senior management. Gain deep understanding of both global businesses around Citi. Develop working relationships with a variety of Citi's departments and business units. Exposure to a variety of topics in a fast-paced environment with challenging, multi-faceted assignments. Performs other duties and functions as assigned. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:
5-8 years experience Solid understanding of strategic financial planning. History of academic and professional excellence and achievement. Maintains quantitative analytical skills. Excellent problem solving abilities. Knowledge of operational/financial modeling (forecasting, valuation) and ability to analyze financial statements. Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings. High degree of flexibility and productivity; initiative and creativity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Highly motivated and self-driven, ability to multi-task productively, and result orientation.

Fluent in English and Spanish Proven experience in programming code in any of these softwares:

The Sales Practices Senior Analyst serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with activities across multiple regional, global projects and BAU processes, as well as continuous improvement projects concurrently in a fast-paced complex environment.

Position is sensitive, responsible for Local Regulatory, Citi Global Sales Practices Risk Monitoring projects and other implementations.

Citibanamex's SP Risk Monitoring & Investigations Team helps to develop, maintain, and implement enterprise wide standards and strategies to strengthen and enhance the Citibanamex SP Risk Monitoring and Case Investigation Program.

Mainly focused on identification Sales Practices Risk Typologies, enhancement, implementation, and monitoring of Sales Practices Risk Scenarios through periodic statistical validations about the efficiency of the scenarios and its thresholds and works closely with Global SP Monitoring teams, Business, Data Management and Technological teams, also Investigation stakeholders and Data Governance to ensure the most effective use of tools and resources in the SP Monitoring process.

Ensure adherence to Citi's Global Sales Practices Monitoring and Investigation Program through close interaction and participation in global governance meetings, and establish a continuous improvement process to timely execute against global and local corporate standards, regulatory requirements and enhancement initiatives for Sales Practices Monitoring and Investigations.

Prepare reports for local and global Sales Practices Case Assessment forums, to present the cases of Sales Executives that may be indicative of a sales practices risk for the Institution, for further escalation and action taking.

Also elaboration of new proposals for the generation of cases based on the identification of the most important risks related to the generation of alerts by the monitoring scenarios or other reports provided by the different business areas.

Ensure that reporting, oversight and feedback mechanisms operate efficiently across the Sales Practices Monitoring and Investigation Program and support a "no surprise" culture, with early surfacing of issues and proactive escalation of matters that require attention, which may put the Franchise into potential reputational and / or legal risk.

High level of data modelling, statistics interpretation and data mining interpretation required Familiar with industry customer experience trends, directions and best practices.
