Distribution Channel Representative

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to achieve the Sell InTarget in her/his region to fulfill the Sell Out needs.
  • Negotiate Sell In quarterly/annual targets and development plans with distributors and subdistributors.
  • Ensure the right implementation of the commercial program/policy in the market at distributors and subdistributors level.
  • Implement the Forecast process by distributor, product and MXN, achieving a forecast accuracy between 95105% in value MXN and seed volume; and 70% in crop protection products volume.
  • Provide business management advisory to distributors in order to ensure they accomplish the minimum requirements to be Bayer distributors in the short term, and they implement the changes needed to accomplish the long term objectives.
  • Provide constant feedback and proposals to the RBM about how to capture market opportunities and how to manage potential risks.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agronomy or related.
  • Experience: 35 years in sales.
  • MS Office.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • English desired.
