Responsabilidades clave:
- Fortalecer la relación comercial con los clientes.
- Supervisar servicios técnicos de equipos de tratamiento químico en las instalaciones de los clientes para garantizar su eficiencia.
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones en los equipos de la compañía.
- Controlar químicamente los productos utilizados en las instalaciones de los clientes.
- Detectar y resolver problemas de manera eficiente, ofreciendo alternativas rentables cuando sea necesario.
- Realizar inspecciones de equipos y monitorear su calidad y condiciones operativas.
- Documentar y comunicar los servicios entregados al cliente con claridad y valor agregado.
- Brindar seguimiento directo al servicio con el cliente.
Detalles del puesto:
- Ubicación: Salinas Victoria, NL.
- Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 8am a 5pm, Viernes de 8am a 4pm.
- Compensación: Prestaciones de ley y beneficios adicionales.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Licenciatura en áreas relacionadas (Química, Ingeniería Ambiental, Industrial).
- Conocimientos en procesos de Osmosis, Calderas y PTAR.
- Experiencia en plantas de tratamiento de aguas físico-químicas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
- Interés en ventas y atención al cliente.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
