Job Title: Salesforce Field Service Management Specialist

Fast Dolphin is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Management Specialist to lead the implementation and support of Salesforce Field Service Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and leading Salesforce Field Service Cloud implementation and support projects
  • Effectively communicating with executives, product owners, business analysts, and development teams
  • Implementing required solutions to clients in accordance with agreed functional designs
  • Measuring and optimizing marketing automation programs
  • Recommending and implementing testing plans
  • Monitoring risks and issues, and preparing mitigation plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in field service management
  • Desired certification in Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer modules
  • Experience working on and leading Salesforce Field Service Cloud implementation and support projects
  • Strong technical skills in designing, building Lightning Web Components, APEX classes, and business process automation
  • Knowledge of other FSM products, such as Click Software, Oracle Field Service Cloud, and MS Dynamics FSM
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
