Fast Dolphin is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Management Specialist to lead the implementation and support of Salesforce Field Service Cloud projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and leading Salesforce Field Service Cloud implementation and support projects
- Effectively communicating with executives, product owners, business analysts, and development teams
- Implementing required solutions to clients in accordance with agreed functional designs
- Measuring and optimizing marketing automation programs
- Recommending and implementing testing plans
- Monitoring risks and issues, and preparing mitigation plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in field service management
- Desired certification in Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer modules
- Experience working on and leading Salesforce Field Service Cloud implementation and support projects
- Strong technical skills in designing, building Lightning Web Components, APEX classes, and business process automation
- Knowledge of other FSM products, such as Click Software, Oracle Field Service Cloud, and MS Dynamics FSM
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
