Como Sr. Analyst, Sales Analysis en SC Johnson vas a tener la responsabilidad de desarrollar estrategias y negociar con el equipo para dar visibilidad e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en las categorias

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar planes y estrategias de crecimiento para las categorías donde se tiene capitanías.
  • Influir en decisiones estratégicas para la categoría negociando directamente con el equipo de categorías de las cadenas
  • Contacto continuo con fuerza de ventas campo para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias negociadas con el cliente
  • Dar visibilidad e influir internamente en las estrategias, dando claridad por formato/región e identificando oportunidades de crecimiento. Todo esto en alineación con las políticas de confidencialidad de información del cliente
  • Asesorar estratégicamente a los clientes con advisory en los emerging channels, de acuerdo con la matriz de prioridades de CDA Clientes-Categorías
  • Creación, desarrollo e implementación de proyectos especiales que impulsen las categorías asignadas dentro de las capitanías y advisories, así como la coordinación de los esfuerzos internos necesarios para lograr ejecutar dichos proyectos
