- Handles varied work requests that may be complex and have tight deadlines
- Responsible for tasks associated with programs or projects
- Liaises with control and functional business units to support initiatives
- Assists in billing and legal settlements
- Works closely with the team's manager to complete assigned tasks
- Manages calendar, schedules, and finalizes reports and presentations
- Assesses risks in business decisions, prioritizing firm reputation and compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in corporate legal departments, law firms, financial services, consulting, or technology firms
- Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal communication, and listening skills
- Knowledge of legal customs and practices, project management skills, and understanding of financial services industry
Education:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
