Job Description:


Your primary responsibility will be to work with the campaign leaders and help support all campaign execution and activation requirements and communication across all the stakeholder groups.

You will also be responsible for gathering campaign performance reporting.

  • Filling out the campaign briefs working directly with each campaign leader
  • Setting up and managing the confluence page for each campaign
  • Any special requests for BI target list segmentation criteria
  • Legal team review (if applicable)
  • Requesting campaign codes for each campaign
  • Managing required list uploads
  • Once the campaign has been signed off, you will work with the campaign leaders to understand all the campaign tactics and set up the required tickets to ensure each element is completed
  • You will work with the channel owners to ensure they know what's been completed and work within the identified timelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. Marketing, Communications, etc.) required
  • 13 years of professional experience in marketing; Experience in demand/lead generation preferred
  • Full fluency in English language, both written and oral
  • Additional language fluency in Spanish, German, Portuguese or French is a plus but not required
  • Excellent oral and written professional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little daytoday leadership oversight
  • Metricsfocused and be able to learn marketing tools to automate the lead generation process
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
