Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia relevante. Demuestra un conocimiento minucioso de los productos y servicios.
Educación:
Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente.
- Experiencia en extracción de datos, análisis de datos/tendencias.
- Deseable manejo de herramientas de HR (HRMS, HR Data Warehouse, Workday y Citi Insights).
- Indispensable manejo de Excel y power pioint intermedio avanzado.
- Manejo de inglés inermedio (reading, writing).
