About our client
We are working with an Investment Fund Manager focused on the Real Estate sector who has more than $1 billion assets under management with investment focused on private equity real estate.
What the job involves
- Project evaluations such as analysis of market trends and KPIs, financing conditions, and investment and business environment
- Develop financial models and investment documents and maintain the pipeline updated
- Use a strategic and financial perspective to evaluate proposed transactions
- Give support through the due diligence process
- Elaborate presentations for the management team (pipeline reports, financial reports, investment updates, etc.) and for investors (quarterly report, annual report, track record, etc.)
Who we are looking for
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST
- Experience in private equity and commercial, industrial or residential real estate
- Superior financial and analytical skills with ability to provide creative solutions
- Bachelor's degree at a top rated university in Finance, Administration, Economics or related
- Detail oriented, organized, proactive and ability to manage multiple tasks
