Digital Product Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Design Manager to join our DPS Service Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in the entire design process of our digital products and services, from initial research to testing and validation.
Key Responsibilities- Design Digital Products and Services: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and develop digital products and services that meet our customers' needs.
- Design Systems Management: Develop and maintain a Design System that ensures consistency and quality across our digital products and services.
- Research and Analysis: Plan and conduct primary and secondary research to gain insights into our customers' needs and behaviors.
- Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design: Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables.
- Workshop Planning and Facilitation: Plan and co-facilitate workshops to identify and solve complex problems.
- Project Deliverables: Create project deliverables such as low and high-fidelity UI prototypes, project plans, design using a Design System, discussion guides for research, insights reports, and presentations.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience designing digital products and services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Design Disciplines: Deep understanding of Service Design and UX Design disciplines, with proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology for teamwork and analytics 'product' creation, fluent in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
- Project Vision and Execution: Experience with creating a project vision, execution, and overall quality.
- User Research and Testing: Experience with planning and conducting user research and user testing sessions, including moderator guides to generate artifacts from synthesis.
- Responsive Digital Products: Experience with designing responsive digital products, with a strong focus on mobile, both native and hybrid.
