Buscamos un Representante de Ventas motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo de ventas. El Representante de Ventas desempeñará un papel crucial en identificar oportunidades, establecer relaciones con clientes y alcanzar objetivos de ventas.  Responsabilidades:

  • Prospección: Identificar y calificar posibles clientes a través de varios canales como llamadas en frío, redes de contacto y referencias.
  • Construcción de Relaciones con Clientes: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes para entender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones ajustadas.
  • Conocimiento de Productos: Desarrollar un entendimiento profundo de nuestros productos o servicios para comunicar eficazmente sus características y beneficios a los clientes potenciales.
  • Presentaciones de Ventas: Realizar presentaciones de ventas atractivas para demostrar la propuesta de valor de nuestros productos o servicios.
  • Negociación: Negociar y cerrar acuerdos, asegurando términos favorables tanto para el cliente como para la empresa.
  • Objetivos de Ventas: Alcanzar y superar consistentemente los objetivos de ventas individuales y de equipo.
  • Gestión de Pipeline: Mantener un pipeline de ventas sólido, haciendo seguimiento de los clientes potenciales y oportunidades a lo largo del proceso de ventas.
  • Investigación de Mercado: Mantenerse informado sobre tendencias del sector, productos de la competencia y condiciones del mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Retroalimentación del Cliente: Recopilar y comunicar comentarios de los clientes para mejorar productos, servicios y la satisfacción general del cliente.
  • Reportes de Ventas: Preparar informes de ventas regulares, detallando logros, desafíos y oportunidades futuras.

 Requisitos:

  • Educación: Preferiblemente licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing o un campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia: Experiencia comprobada como Representante de Ventas o en un rol similar de ventas.
  • Habilidades de Venta: Fuertes habilidades de venta y negociación, con un historial de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos de ventas.
  • Comunicación: Excelente capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la habilidad de articular conceptos complejos de manera clara y convincente.
  • Enfoque en el Cliente: Enfoque centrado en el cliente, con la capacidad de construir relaciones positivas y duraderas con los clientes.
  • Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para adaptarse a condiciones de mercado cambiantes y necesidades de los clientes.
  • Trabajo en Equipo: Mentalidad colaborativa con la capacidad de trabajar eficazmente dentro de un equipo de ventas.
  • Iniciativa: Proactivo y automotivado, con la capacidad de tomar la iniciativa y obtener resultados.
  • Organización: Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
  • Proficiencia Tecnológica: Comodidad en el uso de software CRM, herramientas de ventas y otras tecnologías relevantes.
