Mision del puesto


Responsable de alcanzar la satisfacción total del cliente ante sus requerimientos comerciales, de producto o de servicio dando respuesta a cada una de las mismas en tiempo oportuno y soluciones inmediatas, así como también identificando los problemas más recurrentes para su análisis y solución tanto para los clientes domésticos como de exportación.


Actividades Principales

  • Dar respuesta a los requerimientos de los clientes de forma
  • Coordinar la captura de pedidos y/o modificaciones que los clientes o el area comercial soliciten.
  • Llevar el control de reclamos de clientes
  • Coordinar los pedidos de exportación, desde su captura, asignación y envio de documentación a los clientes
  • Dar soporte a las filiales en las ventas realizadas con clientes de Centro América y el Caribe.
  • Realizar el reporte semanal de customer service.

Perfil del puesto

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura
  • Competencias: Busqueda de información, orientación a la satisfacción del cliente, comunicación efectiva, disposición a la mejora continua, trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados, autocontrol, iniciativa.
  • Experiência laboral: 23 años
  • Ingles: Avanzado
