**Mision del puesto**

Responsable de alcanzar la satisfacción total del cliente ante sus requerimientos comerciales, de producto o de servicio dando respuesta a cada una de las mismas en tiempo oportuno y soluciones inmediatas, así como también identificando los problemas más recurrentes para su análisis y solución tanto para los clientes domésticos como de exportación.

**Actividades Principales**
- Dar respuesta a los requerimientos de los clientes de forma
- Coordinar la captura de pedidos y/o modificaciones que los clientes o el area comercial soliciten.
- Llevar el control de reclamos de clientes
- Coordinar los pedidos de exportación, desde su captura, asignación y envio de documentación a los clientes
- Dar soporte a las filiales en las ventas realizadas con clientes de Centro América y el Caribe.
- Realizar el reporte semanal de customer service.

**Perfil del puesto**
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura
- Competencias: Busqueda de información, orientación a la satisfacción del cliente, comunicación efectiva, disposición a la mejora continua, trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados, autocontrol, iniciativa.
- Experiência laboral: 2-3 años
- Ingles: Avanzado
