- Analizar y reportar la información relacionada al cumplimiento de los objetivos de sell out por categoría bajo su gestión y del territorio/región a su cargo, realizando los procesos para que todos los recursos en tienda estén implementados previo al inicio de cada activación: Materiales POP, Eventos, Degustaciones, Demostradoras, etc., así como de la carga de información en herramientas internas
- Analizar y reportar las actividades en punto de venta, validando el plan outlet con la operación y el negocio, con base a la capacidad de outlet y tiempos y movimientos de ejecución, elaborando el reporte de arranque y cierre de activaciones "Big Rock ́s" con retroalimentación a los negocios.
