Es la persona encargada de analizar y gestionar los reviews publicados en las diferentes plataformas de internet como Trip Advisor, Google, Booking, Expedie, etc.


TUS FUNCIONES SERÁN:

  • Encuestas de in house
  • Monitorear las plataformas de reputación online y dar respuesta en el menor tiempo posible siguiendo las políticas de cada plataforma.
  • Identificar a los clientes hospedados que hayan publicado en alguna plataforma e informar a los departamentos involucrados
  • Identificar las reseñas con contenido inapropiado para realizar el reporte oportuno
  • Reportar (bajo instrucción de la Dirección) cualquier chantaje de comentario negativo
  • Realizar el conteo de menciones de colaboradores
  • Alimentar el reporte de áreas de mejora con los comentarios negativos de los huéspedes

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 1 año en el área de relaciones públicas, gestión de clientes o asistente de dirección de alojamiento o división cuartos. Conocimiento de foros, ota ́s y reputación online (Tripadvisor, holiday check, expedia, booking, reviewpro). Capacidad de redacción, de manera que aseguremos la imagen que se trasmita a través de las palabras y siga una corrección total en cuanto a gramática y expresión. Conocimientos de informática.
  • Condiciones especiales: conocimientos de la cadena hotelera Palladium.
  • Español, inglés, francés y alemán Alto.
