Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 610 years commercial banking experience
  • Undergraduate business degree
  • Proven track record of supporting the growth of client relationships

Education:

  • Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Proactive collaboration with CCB Banking and Product partners for the origination, structuring and execution of episodic financing transactions
  • Enhance strategic dialogue with clients regarding financing initiatives, industry and market insights
  • Connectivity with local, regional and global industry and product specialists to offer tailored financing solutions to clients

Additional Qualifications:

  • Extensive credit background and technical knowledge
  • Proven and relevant experience (5+ years) related to Corporate Finance, originating, structuring and executing transactions, including syndicated loans and capital markets solutions
  • Experience leading episodic transaction execution
  • Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
