Customs Documentation ManagementFollow up with the domestic factory’s commercial team to obtain customs documentation promptly after vessel departure.Verify the accuracy of all documents before submitting them to the customs broker.Update various tracking sheets regularly and archive/upload all documents to the system.3. Spare Parts & Yard CoordinationCommunicate any changes in spare parts placement to the yard management team in a timely manner.For surplus items (e.g., user manuals), confirm compliance solutions with the customs broker to ensure adherence to import regulations.4.
