You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative metrology solutions that exceed client expectations.If you're ready to take your career to the next level and make a real impact in a dynamic, tech-driven environment, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesProvide visionary leadership to the sales team, by setting clear goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and mentoring team members to achieve their full potentialLead strategic client engagements, including high-level visits to existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and strengthen partnershipsDrive the sales pipeline by guiding the team in generating, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities aligned with company objectivesDevelop and implement growth strategies to expand major accounts and penetrate new markets, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trendsRepresent PolyWorks México at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our software solutions and reinforcing our market presence.Support and empower channel partners, providing strategic direction and resources to enhance their sales performance and alignment with our brandCollaborate closely with headquarters, aligning local sales strategies with global objectives, share market insights, and contribute to international initiativesEnsure effective project tracking by consistently following up on each opportunity and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.QualificationsHold a bachelor’s degree in engineering in a related field.
