Description

Job Summary

  • This role provides tactical and strategic administrative support to upper-level executives including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling phone calls and emails, and coordinating travel plans.
  • Includes tasks like photocopying and mailing documents, acting as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, and conducting basic research.
  • Involves drafting and formatting documents, organizing meetings, and coordinating administrative work within and across departments and divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative tasks for upper executive-level employees and is recognized as the top administrative employee in the department or division.
  • Assists in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling phone calls and emails, and coordinating travel plans.
  • Provides general administrative support including copying, faxing, and mailing documents.
  • Generates reports for strategic planning, prepares presentations, and acts as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Conducts basic research tasks and formats documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinates administrative work within the department/division and collaborates with other departments/divisions.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • High School Diploma/GED/Higher Secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-8 years of related work experience in senior/general administrative support or office services preferred.
