North America CDM-FCM Partner Support

Description:

Utilizes in-depth knowledge to address common and complex business challenges within established parameters and proposes suitable alternatives. Handles problems of various levels of complexity and breadth. May assume the role of a team or project leader, offering guidance to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision-making processes. Utilizes independent judgment within set policies and practices to identify and choose a solution. Capable of managing unique situations. May seek counsel in making decisions on intricate business matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the operational business relationship with partners regarding data reporting and financial claims processes
  • Conducts and evaluates highly intricate operational analyses
  • Serves as a point of escalation and collaborates with other departments to resolve operational issues of medium to high complexity, to meet partner requirements
  • Advocates for partner needs and communicates business requirements to projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Conducts and reviews operational performance assessments with partners and assists in enhancement plans, focusing on data reporting and financial claims processes
  • Offers consultation and guidance on medium complexity operational issues to internal stakeholders at equivalent or higher levels
  • Proactively shares updates on operational process modifications with partners and internal clients; aids in the implementation phase

Education and Experience Required:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may hold an advanced university degree
  • Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management
  • Usually 1-2 years of experience supporting major accounts

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Outstanding communication skills (e.g., written, verbal, presentation); proficiency in English and local language along with other required languages
  • Developing expertise in consulting, negotiation, and influence
  • Comprehensive understanding of core HP businesses and revenue cycles
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated project management abilities encompassing planning, execution, and implementation
  • Proven capability to collaborate and network with various groups and functions to achieve business goals, supporting customer/partner requirements
  • Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with external customers/partners at peer level and one level above
  • Basic financial and business acumen
  • Ability to identify and implement customer-specific process enhancements
