Our client's decades of experience have made them one of the leading property management companies in the HOA and Real Estate field. With a highly skilled and experienced professional team, they have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner has the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.

Some of your main activities will be:

  • Analyze and post journal entries to the General Ledger for a given accounting period for an assigned portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver Financial Statement packages for an assigned portfolio of Condominium and/or Homeowners Associations. Perform necessary corrections and adjustments as needed within 24 hours for re-review and approval of financials.
  • Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded. Identify, investigate, resolve, and/or report on discrepancies.
  • Research, analyze, identify, and explain any variances or unexplained items on the Income Statement and changes on the Balance Sheet.
  • Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data and reports from our various accounting-related systems.
  • Provide assistance to Property Managers and Regional Directors on accounting matters related to the assigned portfolio.
  • Analyze and post end-of-year audit entries.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • MONDAY - FRIDAY
  • During US Daylight Saving Time: 6:30 AM. - 3:30 PM. CST MEX.
  • Standard Time: 7:30 AM. - 4:30 PM. CST MEX.

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHINA 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST HAVE ADVANCED ENGLISH
  • 1-3 years of experience in Full-Cycle Accounting
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook Knowledge
  • Tech Savvy
