¿Qué haras?

  • Como Domain Owner, es crucial maximizar el valor entregado. Para ello, debe tener un profundo entendimiento del negocio, una clara visión de lo que se quiere construir y la habilidad para crear elementos que generen valor.
  • Responsable de creación de Backlog y de su contenido y gestión. Debe participar activamente en su definición y priorización, asegurando que se entregue el máximo valor con el mínimo coste.
  • Como parte de sus tareas, participará en el Sprint Retrospective, liderará el Sprint Planning y durante el Sprint Review explicará los elementos del Backlog y proporcionará retroalimentación.
  • Durante el Sprint Planning, definirá el objetivo del Sprint y trabajará con el equipo de desarrollo para entender el Backlog y negociar el alcance del Sprint.
  • Es su responsabilidad guiar y optimizar el valor del trabajo realizado por el equipo de desarrollo.
  • Experiencia en el sector de (área deseada), toma de decisiones informadas, está siempre disponible, tiene un entendimiento sólido del desarrollo de software y posee excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Además, redactará los requerimientos del negocio en forma de Historias de Usuario con el apoyo del Equipo Central de Scrum y asegurará una comunicación clara de las funcionalidades del producto al equipo de Scrum.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración:
  • Capaz de trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo y otras partes interesadas, y ser capaz de comunicarse eficazmente con ellos. Esto puede incluir la facilitación de la planificación del sprint, la revisión del sprint y las reuniones de refinamiento del backlog.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y toma de decisiones: Capaz de liderar el equipo y tomar decisiones rápidas y efectivas. Esto puede incluir la toma de decisiones sobre la prioridad de las historias de usuario y la dirección del producto.
  • Experiencia en la entrega de productos: Experiencia en la entrega de productos, desde la concepción hasta el lanzamiento y cómo se puede mejorar el proceso.
  • Capacidad para entender y analizar datos: Capaz de entender y analizar los datos para tomar decisiones informadas sobre el producto, necesidad o servicio requerido.
  • Habilidades de negociación: Capaz de negociar prioridades y límites con los stakeholders, negocio y el equipo de desarrollo.

¿ A quién buscamos?

  • Experiencia en confluence, Jira (generación de épicas), Suite de Office, Google Cloud, BI, Databricks (deseable).
  • Experiencia en el diseño y desarrollo de productos y servicios basados en datos.
  • Manejo de herramientas como SQL, Python a nivel básico.
  • Conocimientos de analítica avanzada, métricas o KPI ́s de bases de datos de clientes, customer journey en entornos digitales y comercio electrónico.
  • Certificación como Product Owner, Scrum Master o afín (deseable).
  • Conocimiento y habilidad para la planificación de metodologías Agile (SCRUM, Kanban).
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Comunicación.
  • Negociación.
