JOB DESCRIPTION
To create, design and execute consistent on-floor execution aligned with BE/BX leader for LS&Co.

brand portfolio, linked to Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing initiatives and achieve the best visual impact, to elevate brand presentation, consumer experience and business targets.


Essentially this position acts as the brand champion within the marketing team to ensure that the Retail and Wholesale markets are represented consistently and on-brand through store design, shop-in-shop fit outs, in-store imagery and execution of the country / cluster marketing campaigns.


Understand Wholesale channel as:

Premium, Regular or Standard and Multibrand departmental stores; Retail channel as Mainline and Outlet stores under 3 business models: O&O, Commissionaire and Franchisees, within malls or standing alone stores.


Key Results:
a) Understand LS&Co. brand portfolio aesthetics, local market and consumer insights to support business plans and build brand equity throughout the region.

b) Support BE leader to execute the best expression of our brand on floor.

c) Create visual tools to specific market needs and continually review, refine and upgrade all components, based on performance results and seasonal calendars, big ideas, special dates/events.


d) Execute brand consistency through visual presentation strategy across channels including window concepts, styling, visual merchandising segmentation, training, in-store creative tools from global direction (if exists, if not, develop locally).

Create strong relationships with Cross functional partners:

SP&C, Local Retail, Wholesale Sell in, Sell Out Operations, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing leads in LSM and outside the company: key partners, clients and vendors.

f) Administrate, control assigned A&P budget. Identify opportunities to improve/negotiate prices and elevate performance on floor following BX strategies.

Process all invoices and SAP processes from start to end in a timely manner and report monthly/quarter spend to BE lead.

g) Leverage regional / market or competitor references to identify opportunities by channel, by brand.

h) Creates training sessions and materials, market visit criteria's and track monthly sales to identify performance in execution as standards for all channels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the BE/BX lead to gain a full understanding of branded campaigns, responding to ad hoc requests for local market information or channel needs.
  • Manage the implementation of Marketing Campaigns within the retail store environment through window execution and in-store merchandising.
  • Manage the implementation of creative concepts and visual merchandising solutions that will set the highest possible standards for seasonal product offerings as experienced by the consumer.
  • Works alongside BE lead on the 12 month marketing calendar, ensuring marketing campaign alignment, sell-thru and conversion are optimized by channel.
  • Develop and implement monthly window and in-store guides for each marketing campaign to ensure the premium execution of each campaign within stores by country, by channel.
  • Ensure that consistently applied standards of merchandise presentation and display align with the company's brand strategy
  • Liaise with the Buying, Merchandising and MPIM teams to ensure key product styles are being showcased for each Retail marketing campaign
  • Works with the BE team and Channel dedicated Merchants to develop appropriate balance between Global Requirements and local seasonality on the 12 months marketing calendar for the Levi's stores, ensuring we drive sell though and conversion in-store
  • Execute relevant Global assets across market to ensure we have consistent brand communication tools in-store including signage/branding, fit guides and POS imagery.
  • Work with merchandising, sell-in/sell-out teams to ensure we are tracking and capturing sell through and the effectiveness of on-floor activations, staff or consumer incentives.
Creates a close relationship with SP&C team to coordinate VM elements for openings/remodelings or any other on floor enhancement:

o Briefing requirements for the stores


o Working with the Marketing team and Retail Director to ensure store designs are market relevant and follows BX principles.


o Working with the Brand Environment team to gain final sign off on every store layout prior to sharing internally with other piers.


  • Main contact for FR/WHS account display/vm external teams to negotiate BE projects and execution.
  • Works with channel account sales managers and commercial teams to ensure designs are market relevant and support business growth from pc9/product mix and execution perspective.
  • Source local shop fitting suppliers that are competitive and within budget and quality standards.
  • Controls key dates for marketing/commercial related activities, the monthly directive in relation to product placement and importance in-store and any product or VM training tool needs.
  • Provide all relevant VM/Training monthly tools to Operations teams to enable execution to local Visual Merchandising team for a consistent product presence across wholesale spaces
  • Work closely with Operations, Sell out, Consumer marketing and BE Fields to ensure we effectively install consistent brand communication tools in-store including signage/branding, fit guides and POS imagery.
  • Work alongside Consumer Marketing Executive to execute promotional periods with the best brand on-floor expression according to commercial strategies. Track sell through and the effectiveness of any staff or consumer incentives and or activity.
  • Aligning to our BX/Marketing Strategy to develop, design and implement brand environment communication package that is consistent with product, brand equity and retail presentation standards
  • Ensure a consistent brand look and feel of all brand campaigns in all environments, including Soft Shop set ups.
  • Produce any additional tools for local product needs, not captured by Global Production along with marketing.
  • Manage the day to day relationship with our print/3D procurement suppliers to deliver a consistent and globally aligned POS elements for use across wholesale and retail channels.
  • Continually keep up to date with media consumption habits and trends of the Levi's brand target market e.g. music they listen to, shows they watch, magazine's they read, fashion trends etc.
  • Agency/Supplier management and new vendor development to drive innovation and sustainability.
  • Assist and support in the delivery of exciting and engaging sales conferences: FLC, Peak seasons events, Sell out training camps, GTM, Press days, etc.,
  • Works with BE field team for training on VM tools, styling, key door execution, feedback on implementation. Provides feedback on monthly reports according sales performance.

Education:
̈ BS Visual Communication, Marketing or Business Administration, Design with strong trade marketing

background.

Experience:
̈ Proven background in retail design/planning and project management (apparel retail preferred)

̈ Must work well with a cross functional team and have familiarity with store design, marketing,

operations, real estate, construction, procurement, and outside agencies and architecture firms as

required.

̈ Highly organized, detail oriented, strong follow-up skills are required.

̈ Negotiation and managing up to internal and external partners a must.

̈ Must be a team player and collaborator. We are looking for someone who is energetic, takes initiative,

has a point of view, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

̈ Must be trained in oversight of

Adobe Suite:
In design, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp or other

design program users to communicate expectations and develop talent.
