Your Tasks & Responsabilities:
Regional sales team coordination, with 6-7 direct reports in charge of a portfolio of regional accounts across Mexico
Achieve sales objectives of a designated customer portfolio, develop solid growth strategies, implement innovative commercial plans, and maximize Bayer value with mid/long term sustainable negotiations
In charge of customer "order to cash" process of direct accounts, working closely with Bayer invoice team, following up on sales orders, aligning with the logistic process, ensuring Bayer invoice and on-time payment.
"Joint Business Plans" development and follow-up with all customers, aligned with Trade Marketing & Commercial Strategies teams, to efficiently invest in activities and commercial efforts. Whileensuring their implementation at point of sales level.
Become a commercial advisor for Bayer internal Units, recommending offers, activities, events, aligned with each customer context, driving sales growth and ensuring an adequate return of investment
Customers and Products KPI's close follow up to react on time a develop strategies with hard fundaments. Sell In, Sell Out, Inventory levels and distribution, competitor's analysis, real demand
ROI and G2N evaluation to determine the best strategies to drive a profitable and sustainable growth of Bayer products within the customers, with the support of Bayer functional business units (finance, commercial strategy, marketing...)
Maintain a healthy account with each customer, rebates, accruals and credit notes control, overdue portfolio and customer payment support, and align all processes with compliance and legal commercial requirements in our Commercial Policy
Who You Are:
Must:
Degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineer, or aligned
5 years of experience in commercial, marketing, trade marketing,
commercial strategies, sales positions, customer relations.
English: Mid
