Job Title: Technical Account Manager Lead II, Google Cloud Consulting

Location: Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico

#### Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a customerfacing role working with stakeholders to architect, develop, or maintain cloud solutions in cloud environments.
  • 3 years of experience in people management, including developing and leading technical teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.
#### Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Masters degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Experience in application or workload migration to public cloud providers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problemsolving, and people management skills.
#### Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer delivery obligations for the TAM role.
  • Support cloud adoption blocker removal, lead feature request processes, and troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
  • Build relationships with sales teams and support strategy and customer success initiatives.
  • Develop best practices and assets based on customer engagements to accelerate Google Cloud adoption.

As the Technical Account Manager Lead, you will be responsible for delivering Technical Account Management (TAM) services to ensure customers get the most value from their Google Cloud Platform investments.

TAMs focus on increasing cloud adoption and usage and provide advice on Learning and Enablement, Platform Health, Architectural Stability, and Operational accuracy.

You will lead a team of TAMs to provide technical, product, and operational advice aligned with customers business objectives.
