Position: Distribution Center Senior Manager, Mexico and Central America Key
Responsibilities: As the Distribution Center Senior Manager in CAM, you will play a critical role in managing site performance and delivering excellence to our customers.
Overview: We're seeking a seasoned Distribution Senior Manager with a passion for logistics excellence to drive change within our DC and throughout the logistics territory. You'll be a champion of operational efficiency, a leader of process optimization, and supporter of team collaboration.
Your mission: unlock the DC's true potential by implementing cutting-edge technologies, fostering talent growth, and propelling us towards a SMART future.
Lead and Inspire:
Manage and develop a diverse and inclusive management team encompassing Operations, Logistics Engineering, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, and Safety.
Foster collaboration and communication across teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
Optimize and Deliver:
Drive operational efficiency by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and maximizing resource utilization.
Lead capacity planning to ensure the warehouse can meet evolving demands, while meeting quality and timely delivery standards.
Leverage both SE 3PL standards and best practices including SPS, automation and technology
Empower and Grow:
Champion talent development by setting objectives, providing mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Build strong local logistics competencies within the team, encouraging innovation and agile problem-solving.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure rigorous adherence to all industry safety protocols, including OH&S and other governmental regulations.
